With more than 15 years’ experience in MPS billing efficiencies, scrutinising IT processes and training in admin IT applications. Nicole brings a professional, systematic approach to achieving productive outcomes.

Nicole’s attention to detail and absolute understanding of the uniqueness of each client’s requirements has enabled exceptional quality of third party billing and ensuring the process of monthly payments to be accurate, timely and cost effective.

Recently Nicole has become a registered Mortgage Broker and member of the MFAA under the aggregator AFG.

Controlling every aspect of business, specialising in profitability with stunning results for the owners and shareholders. Experienced in all compliance and regulatory matters, with extensive experience in business, centralisation, admin efficiencies and cashing up businesses.

Ryl Gardner

Human Resources

Ryl has always had a passion for understanding how people work together and was led to study this from an early age. Her journey over the last 30 years has only increased her desire to make positive differences in people’s work and life relationships by identifying core issues and finding real life solutions.

Having worked across a range of industry sectors, federal and state government and with SME’s and corporate clients there is not much that Ryl has not seen in this time. Everything from working one on one with industry leaders, coaching emerging leaders, facilitating groups and leading processes for implementation with a workforce of thousands has allowed her to gain insights into human relationships that continue to inspire her in her work.

Her career path has included leadership and executive performance coaching, recruitment, on-boarding, Strategic and Business planning, people planning, identifying training needs and implementing training, industrial relations advice, enterprise bargaining, continual improvement and best business practice. .

Jess Girdler

With over 14 years in an administrative environment and qualifications in business and office administration, Jess brings a range of skills that have been developed from working within a small business environment right up to an international corporate level.

The past 7 years she has spent honing her skills within the print industry moving from specialising in accounts payable to account management, monthly billing, data analysis and customer care.

Melanie Harrison

Melanie has worked in several fields such as the finance, banking and print industries. She holds a Bachelor of Business Management. Melanie’s specialties include, bill and collect; sales deal processing; deal invoicing; contract billing and customer service management.

Renee Kelly

Business Admin Manager

Starting out in banking, Renee gained over 15 years experience in lending and mortgages before expanding into equipment finance and the print industry. Working with small to large businesses, she has gained a great understanding of credit and sales lodgement processes, business systems and customer service.
